Customers can book our vehicles up to six months in advance. We encourage early reservations, particularly for airport transfers, corporate events, weddings, group travel and other planned journeys.

Advance booking helps us coordinate availability and make the necessary arrangements for your trip.

For your convenience, SWESWE Enterprises Limited currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer: payments made directly to our designated bank account.
• Mobile money: payments made through supported mobile money services.

Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process. All bookings are subject to our payment terms and confirmation procedures.

Either party may request to terminate a vehicle-hire agreement before the agreed end date, or during the hire period, by providing at least two (2) days’ notice, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

Where a booking is terminated before the agreed end date, both parties will review the circumstances and determine whether a refund of any rental fees paid is applicable. Any refund will be assessed in accordance with the agreed hire terms.

Customers are encouraged to communicate any proposed changes or cancellations as early as possible to allow for proper planning and coordination.

Enjoy 10% off extended hire. Customers who book our vehicles for 10–20 days or longer qualify for a 10% discount on the applicable daily rental rate, subject to the agreed booking terms.

Yes. SWESWE Enterprises Limited provides flexible transport solutions for individuals, families, businesses and groups. Our services include:

• Airport transfers: convenient airport pick-up and drop-off services.
• Local travel: vehicle hire for journeys within Lusaka.
• Long-distance travel: transport services to destinations across Zambia, subject to availability and agreed arrangements.
• Short-term hire: flexible vehicle hire for individual trips, events and other transport needs.
• Long-term hire: extended vehicle-hire arrangements for customers requiring transport over a longer period.

• Toyota Quantum GL, 11-seater: a comfortable option for family travel, executive transport, airport transfers and small-group journeys. The stated capacity includes the driver.
• Toyota HiAce, 14-seater: suitable for group transport and organised local trips. The stated capacity includes the driver.
• Mitsubishi Rosa, 29-seater: an ideal option for larger groups, corporate functions, events, organised tours and group excursions. The stated capacity includes the driver.
• Mitsubishi Hino, 2-tonne truck: a practical option for light cargo transportation, deliveries and other approved transport requirements. The vehicle has three seats, including the driver.

Passengers are not covered by passenger insurance provided by SWESWE Enterprises Limited under our current arrangements.

Customers are encouraged to clarify any insurance requirements before confirming a booking. The applicable insurance arrangements and responsibilities should be confirmed in the vehicle-hire agreement.
